Hilton-Nixon offers the following Commercial real estate services:
- Exterior and Interior photos. Using a high resolution DSLR camera we deliver key images of the property. Exterior features of the business we focus on include signage, street visibility, and building condition. On the inside we focus on features that highlight the space and showcase the value to the commercial market.
- Aerial imagery of the property and the surroundings. A more comprehensive view of the property shot from an elevated view. This can include elements of the building not visible from the ground, building features, roof conditions, roof mounted HVAC units, nearby commercial areas, parking, and access roads to the property.
- Video Tours. High resolution video from a first person view as if you were touring the property. These shots are captured on a stabilized gimbal and highlight the important features in ways not captured by images alone.
- Aerial Video of the property and surrounding area. Showcasing the property using high resolution video shot from views only available using a drone. These videos are suitable for advertising or marketing campaigns.
All media is delivered digitally via a mutually agreed upon method. Editing services are available for an additional fee for both photos and videos.
We work with you to get the shots you need to make sure your property creates the best impression on potential tenants or buyers. We always encourage clients to visit during our time on site but we’re also happy to work with your shot list if that isn’t an option. We’ll make it happen for you!
